Some of the research and insight projects we have undertaken include the use of the leading social network platform to obtain consumer insight for difficult to reach groups. Another key project was the use of in-depth interviews to key decision makers allowing an international head office to develop a more focused sales and marketing strategy. In order to develop an effective product positioning we were required to use a high volume telephone based sample across a number of countries.
